Languages: English, German, Italian
Let's say you want to extract valuable info from a video or audio file. How to do to add bookmarks, add your own thoughts to the mix, understand difficult passages and condense all your annotations into a nice note?
Of course you could open your preferred notes and audio/video app to play your media file. But switching between multiple apps isn't that comfortable and also, how would you keep your bookmarks?
Annotate allows you to control your media files and to annotate at the same time, with your video player in fullscreen and no distractions. A quick click on Annotate to pause so you can jot down your thoughts, in a snap. Confirm your annotation and continue your learning. Quickly and unintrusive. Add as many notes and bookmark (automatically) as you watch or listen to media files. Your notes are saved as markdown files, perfect for further editing in any text editor or markdown editor of your choice.
Usage
1. Launch Annotate. In absence of a video / audio file, choose a media file through Annotate.
2. with a video or audio file open, Annotate will interrupt your video/audio so you can add your thoughts. Confirm to continue watching or listening.
3. Once you're done with your audio / video, export your notes
You can return to any bookmark of your audio/video anytime and listen again important or difficult passages.
